Chicken cole slaw pockets

  • 4 Crusty Bread Rolls
  • 100g (1 1/4 cups) packet of Coleslaw
  • 1 tablespoon bought coleslaw dressing
  • 75g (3/4 cup) shredded skinless, boneless cooked chicken
  • Method
  1. Step 1
    Bake 4 bread rolls following packet directions. Cut a slit in the top of each roll to make a pocket, leaving the ends intact. Scoop out the centre of each roll. Discard. Combine coleslaw, 1 tablespoon coleslaw dressing and chicken in a bowl. Divide the chicken mixture among the rolls.
